What you said
We stayed for 2 nights as we were going to the Point. The hotel is spotlessly clean, bedroom very warm and cozy but the service in the bar was atrocious when it got busy after the concert at the Point. All the staff were very friendly. We had a lovely room overlooking the river.

The 'twin' room turned out to be a temporary bed inserted in the room next to the normal double bed. Not what we expected at that price.

It was a lovely hotel, nice location by the quayside with views of a traditional wooden tall ship. A good walk into town centre, which was fine as long as you are reasonably fit, otherwise a taxi would be recommended. Cooked Irish breakfast was wonderful, especially the sausages! Hotel were excellent at allowing us to store luggage on arrival / dparture days in a locked room. Overall very pleased with hotel, would definitely recommend it.
