Hotel clean and breakfast okay but more a good 3 star hotel rather than a 4 start hotel. Only 2 lifts for whole hotel so they do get a bit crowded.

Hotel was OK. Clean. But only OK. Food poor 4* Would I go again? For convenience & value for money - YES. But only for those reasons.

Hotel Budapest was everything stated and more in fact we thought on a scale of 1 to 5 10 would be about the mark

There are only 2 lifts for 15 floors and a lot of coach parties constantly changing so you could wait a long time for a lift. We were on 3rd floor so we could walk - not for elderly or families with pushchair

The hotel staff were incredibly rude and very disorganised. We got a smoking room - which I specifically asked not to get. The morning of our departure we found that there was no breakfast wven though we had requested it 3 times the previous day. The staff's response - you should have remembered the name of the person you ordered the breakfast from - seemingly it was all our fault. Very very poor hotel.
