The biggest gay location in Frankfurt, the combined clubs Pulse and Red-Piper Lounge attract a young gay audience, mixed with suited business-people relaxing with an after-work cocktail on the large terrace.
It is hard to categorise this location, as it embraces a trendy café in the afternoon, a delicious restaurant at lunch and dinner time and a bar and club in the evening. From noon until night, young good-looking people chill out in the garden. Visiting the club is about seeing and being seen by a trendy young crowd, especially at the weekend, when various DJs, including DJ Oh-Bee, play deep-progressive and tech house in the Red-Piper.
The Bleichstrasse was well-known for its lesbian pubs and clubs until recently, while the gay community stayed in their triangle just around the corner. It is is due to this venue's opening that the gay and lesbian audience in Frankfurt mixed together, creating an atmosphere that all the young Frankfurters want to experience.
As a special, every Sunday from 6pm the slogan is- "All you can eat for €12.50!"
A special programme also takes place during the Christopher Street Days (18-20 July), including a tremendous final party on Sunday.
