Les Deux Alpes Travel

Located in the Isere region and stretching along a spectacular valley, Les Deux Alpes boasts the largest skiable glacier in the Alps. Virtually guaranteed snow cover from October to May, this resort is a snowboarding Mecca, hosting the highest snowboarding championship in the world. It is also a good resort for advanced skiers, with 5 black runs leading right into the village. A cable car and lifts link to La Grave, one of the most challenging off-piste runs in the whole Alps.

The village itself has a reputation for lively nightlife, and the children’s fun area offers a range of activities such as toboggan runs and snow scooters. The resort is one of the oldest in France and remains one of the most affordable, both for skiing and apres ski.

Off the slopes, you can play squash, ice skate or even try out the infamous ice dodgems. The resort boasts a number of bars for apres ski, as well as a handful of very pleasant restaurants.
