What you said
The hotel was beautiful. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect location with a major train station, bus station and metro station a few minutes walk away. The service was also fantastic; the staff were very helpful and the breakfast each morning was filling, tasty and set you up for the day!

Overall a nice hotel but some really annoying things. There are actually two Hotels Renoir in the same street - we were booked into one but on arrival were told we had to go to the other, where there was no elevator (elderly, mobility-impaired father in our group) and offered no assistance with luggage etc to get us there. Then had to tackle the stairs with luggage and Dad, again no assistance offered. We'd been told on our first meeting the rate for breakfast at the hotel, and at check-out time it was almost double what we'd been told and therefore very expensive - we'd have eaten at any of the many cafes around the hotel if we'd known the true price from the beginning. Also found the pushy night receptionist annoying - kept harassing us to buy tours he would receive commission on, in spite of being told firmly that his tours didn't meet our needs. Our first and last impressions weren't terrific, in spite of the quality of the accommodation.
