The house is set in a private enclosed Mediterranean style garden with mature shrubs and trees and surrounded by a high hedge. The covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooks the oval pool, (10x5m) with sun beds. Parking for several cars.

Accommodation: Living room with two sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite television with UK channels, DVD and video and big picture windows overlooking vineyards and mountains. Archway to well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer. Two double bedrooms one with king-size bed and en suite shower room with basin and wc, above which is a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. Large family shower room with bidet, wc and basin. Upstairs is a twin bedroom. Fans in all bedrooms. Electricity payable locally in April and October. Bed linen and towels included.
