There is a swimming pool (10x4m) ample garden furniture, barbecue and a lovely arcaded, covered terrace providing welcome shade. Here you can enjoy the views as the sun goes down, sipping a glass of the excellent local Faugeres wine.

Spacious entrance hall leading to a smart open plan kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and French windows to the veranda. Utility room with washing machine. Large, light and airy living room, with comfortable sitting area with leather sofas, and fireplace with traditional French carved surround, wide screen TV, DVD and CD/Cassette player, and dining area with wrought iron table and chairs. There are four bedrooms all on the same level, two doubles and two twins, each with ensuite shower and wc. Games room with table tennis. Cot provided. Electricity included up to 60kwh per week.
