Just three miles from the attractive town of Saint Jean Brevelay for shops and restaurants, 14 miles to Vannes on the Gulf of Morbihan, with its many islands which can be visited by boat, and slightly further to the sheltered sandy beach at Conleau. Golf and sailing school at Vannes. Many inland visits including Josselin with its 16th century Chateau, less than half an hour away, and the lake of Ploermel for swimming, sailing and water skiing just beyond. In a peaceful woodland setting, the cottage stands in a sunny clearing, with fields in front and a very well maintained garden behind, with lawn running down to the edge of the woods and a small stream. Large conservatory, garden furniture and barbecue.

This charming and well restored farm cottage, has a comfortably furnished living room with exposed stone walls, with sitting area around the fireplace, with wood burner, French windows to the conservatory, TV, (with English channels) DVD, dining area and kitchen behind bar, with hotplates, mini oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, a shower room and separate wc. Upstairs under the eaves are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with velux windows. Cot provided. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
