In a quiet residential road, the house stands in a large, attractive garden with lawn and trees, not completely fenced from the garden of the neighbouring house below, but quite separate from it. There is a spacious south facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

The split level living room has, on the lower level, a sitting area with sofa and armchairs, TV and fireplace with wood burner, and, on the higher level up a couple of steps, the dining area furnished in traditional style. This leads through into the kitchen area with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cafetiere and kettle. Washing machine, dryer and freezer in adjoining garage. Ground floor double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc. Upstairs is a large landing with antique single bed, two double bedrooms and shower room with wc.
