I can thoroughly recommend Andels Hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.I did think that the hotel taxis were too expensive for short journeys but the Metro and tram stops are nearby.

Great hotel, very modern and trendy. Excellent rooms with an even better interior. Very nice breakfast and helpful and professional staff. Could recommend it to anyone. It's not in the heart of the city centre, but Mustek is only 3 stops on the very cheap underground.

Nice contemporary hotel. Friendly staff. Comforatable rooms with fabulous shower and heated bathroom floor. Breakfast selection good and kept weel stocked even when restaurant full. Not impressed by having to pay for Gym though. 15 min walk to old town sights or catch a tram or subway if feeling lazy.

This hotel was little further out than we had expected. However it was very close to the tram stops which meant you could get to the part of the city you wanted to very quickly.The hotel itself was excellent and the staff were great.

Absolutely can not recommend this hotel enough. Fabulously clean, excellent service, friendly staff. Just a two minute walk from the cheap and efficient metro service into Prague.

A very pleseant hotel. All staff speak english, It is situated away from the main city centre, but it is near tram and Metro stations so getting into the city takes just a few minutes.The area it is situated in is a regeneration area and hosts a large shopping centre, with various eating places and all at prices below the city centre average. And yes there is a dreaded McDonalds in this area too.....

Nice hotel with very pleasant bar and excellent buffet breakfast. It is located near the metro just 2 stops to the Old City. Easy to use trams also available. Not many restaurants near the hotel but plenty of bars, including a "young persons" one. A new shopping centre 100m away.Would stay again.

Although the hotel was in the business sector which meant a bit of a treck to discover the old city it was well worth it since the quality was excellent and it gave us the opportunity to see other parts of a beautiful and developing City which we might not otherwise have enjoyed.

This was the first time I have used your service and I have to say that I am impressed. My criteria is value for money against price and you did it for me. I have used other internet based websites before and your pricing was better. The only thing needed was getting from the airport to the hotel at reasonlble cost.If you add this then there's no need to go anywhere else. Well done!!

Modern hotel, well equipped with all of the essentials. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast selection: everything from miso soup to fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, several types of bread, bacon and eggs etc, and the speed with which the staff kept the buffet well stocked. The hotel was also well located in terms of easy access to public transport..5 mins on the tram to Charles Bridge!

Andels hotel was absolutely wonderful- we had a fantastic time. We were upgraded to the executive suite free of charge. We checked in late, and the staff bent over backwards to help us. The hotel was stunning- really stylish and absolutely first class. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Andel's is a very fine hotel with excellent service and a good position for exploring the city given it's proximity to the metro station. The rooms themselves are very comfortable - we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, upon arrival which had fantastic facilities. One minor issue we had concerned the busy construction site to one side of the hotel. However, the work-related noise was unnoticeable through the double glazing and there was no work between 10 pm and 8 am Breakfast was very enjoyable, with a wide continental range available. The staff were always very helpful and provided information relating to booking tickets for the theatre/local sights without hesitation. We booked a chauffeur from the airport to the hotel, but I think the hotel's own car service is just as good and a little cheaper.There are several decent dining establishments in the vicinity of the hotel serving Italian and Mexican food, and a shopping mall within a hundred metres or so with the usual fast food outlets.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andel's to friends who wished to visit Prague and stay in a well positioned, first rate hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Prauge with underground and tram service a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff very helpful and attentive. Hotel offers taxi pick up service which is a bit dearer than the airport buses but is quicker and more reliable. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were really well put together and the bathroom especially was excellent. The included breakfast was particularly good with a wide range and was available for a decent amount of time so you didn't have to set the alarm to get there.The hotel was very central and convenient. Would definitely stay again

Very new and stylish hotel, set a bit away from the action but right next to a metro stop which was very convenient. A quiet and clean hotel, with huge breakfast choice, staff were sometimes too eager to take your plate away!I thought the display of chocolate bars, etc, in room a little poor taste, these would obviously cost a fortune if you ate one, like using the mini bar. Otherwise it was great, all our needs were seen to, with great efficiency, we did go there out of season and felt we were outnumbered by the staff! It does has a slight 'business' feel to it, as we did note a number of business people and knew it to be a place that catered for business meetings, etc, but that was fine, more of a novelty.

The Hotel was everything we had expected, clean smart and stylish whilst remaining functional and avoiding any being overly pretentious. The rooms were well equipped and finished to a high standard and staff were as polite and helpful.The hotel is located away from the Old Town but is within easy access by tram or metro or even by foot if you fancy a stroll by the river.Breakfast offered a good variety and was quite acceptable without being exceptional and the dining area was very comfortable and finished to the same high standard as the rest of the Hotel.The only downsides to the hotel were the lift lobby areas on non smoking floors which appeared to be excluded from the restriction and consequently could sometimes hang with stale smoke and the bar and eatery whose quality did not match the premium charged for the convenience - I would certainly recommend venturing further afield to eat and drink.

The most incredible bathrooms ever - lots of hot water, and great water pressure. It's a shame you have to pay to use the spa facilities as a hotel customer, but they are wonderful and should be utilised if you have time!

Andel's is an amazing hotel! I would have no hesitation in recommeding it as a great place to stay in Prague. We got it on a special rate which made it fantastic value for money. The breakfasts are really special and the bathrooms in the rooms have underfloor heating which is so great. I'd definitely book it again to stay in Prague.

dont worry about the location, tram and metro links are so good at all times of day or night. i dont think, even in the metro stations after midnight, that as a couple we felt in any way threatened by undesirables.

A lovely boutique style hotel. Makes you feel very cool...On the up side, the facilities and style of the hotel is amazing for the price - you'd pay a fortune to stay in a hotel like this in London/Paris etc...On the downside the food is not fantastic and you have to pay to sue the gym even when you're a guest, which is ridiculous! the other problem is that it's not exactly 'central'. A 20min walk into town may be ok in summer, but I wouldn't recommend it in January when it was minus 10degrees... if you go in winter...take LOTS of clothes!!!!

its was a very good trip but i was not aware it was a business hotel.However i still had a very good time right in the centre of everything and a great metro system. London could learn a few lessons.

I thought the hotel was excellent. Good location and fantastic rooms. Sevice was a bit sharp but I think that is more to do with the traditional czech charm than the hotel.

Andel's Hotel is definitive Czech Chic. It is a fashionable, well designed and overall great hotel. the service was excellent, the rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. The restaurant which served breakfasts and dinners served an interesting range of czech and non czech cuisine. The staff were always helpful and friendly and willing to recommend places to visit and see. The internal facilities are varied and include Suana and Gym which, although small, are sufficient for a hotel of this size.The only let down of the hotel is its location. It makes it stand out like a sore thumb as it is the nicest building in the whole block. Apart from this very minor grip, Andel's is worth every one of its awarded four stars.

Great hotel, lived up to expectations. Food wonderful, shower and bathroom supberb, friendly staff who helped us enormously and great travel links. We stayed in a standard room, the room itself was ok, clean and comfortable which is what we needed but wouldn't go as far to say as chic and luxurious as some of the other comments. Couldn't complain though. Enjoy

We had a four day break in Prague at The Andels. Lovely hotel, great breakfast, had dinner twice in the downstairs brasserie, lovely food, very reasonable. Shopping centre very convenient, and we walked everywhere every day. Recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was excellent in every possible way. Service was extremely attentive, there were a number of hotel facilities and the room was spacious, clean and increadibly modern. I would stay there again, without a doubt.

A fantastic hotel with superb facilities and the best choice at breakfast I've ever had. Choose a room on the first floor and chances are you'll get a room with a balcony. The only slight negative is the hotel's location which is on the other side of the river to the Old Town but once you've mastered the tram routs its a doddle!

Andel's Hotel was fantastic! It represented great value for money and the modern feel to the place was great. We took advantage of their great value upgrade package too which just added to the whole experience.

Very good hotel however had one complaint re the room service. When I called to order room service at 10pm having worked up until then they said they wouldn't be able to deliver anything for an hour. After a bit of complaining and a change of dish 15 minutes later I had a knock at the door and a delivery of my food.

this hotel is first class!, especially the bathrooms! The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak very clear english. Would recommend this hotel to others.Thank lastminute.com

I was pleased with my hotel and the price I was offered, however sometimes cheap and cheerful is the order of the day and the selection of lower end hotels could be improved.
