Larnaca, on the South East coast of Cyprus, is home to one of the two international airports, and, in contrast, is the oldest living city of Cyprus.In ancient times it was known as Kition. Unlike other ancient cities of the island, which were abandoned by their inhabitants, Larnaca, from the time of its fouding 6000 years ago, has existed and still exists on the same site. Today, with a population of around 75000 it is the island’s second commercial port and an important tourist resort. The city is well known for its picturesque seafront which includes rows of Palm trees. Much of the activity is centred around the city promenade during the major festivals. Distance to/from Larnaca airport is 15kms and distance to Larnaca centre is 8kms.

Lysithea is ideally located on the Larnaca - Dhekelia road, just 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Cyprus, the blue flag CTO beach. Its central position enables the easy access from the Larnaca International airport (15 km) and to the cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa (30 km), where buses run at regular intervals. All the necessary facilities such as shops, supermarkets, banks, are only 100 meters away, while the night life which is characterized by a wide selection of restaurants, traditional tavernas, pubs and clubs are within walking distance. All the Apartments of the 2 floor complex face the large swimming pool which is surrounded by a beautiful garden offering a relaxed atmosphere. All of the 44 apartments are elegantly furnished and decorated. Each has its own balcony/patio overlooking the pool and gardens
