Sofia's National Palace of Culture is the largest multifunctional complex in south-eastern Europe. Located in the middle of a lush park, with great views of Vitosha Mountain, the Soviet-style building boasts a packed cultural calendar throughout the year.
The palace hosts 16 halls, with a seating capacity ranging from 50 to 4000, cafes, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. It is surrounded by museums, historical and cultural sites of interest, financial institutions and some of the capital's best hotels and restaurants.
