What you said
We enjoyed our stay very much although a little tooo far out from the centre. The hotel was lovely but in our opinion not enough facilities to warrant a 5 star rating.

This is not a 5 star hotel it is a 3 star max. It is situated quite a way down the Avenue Louise and is a 20 minute walk to the shops. The hotel is shabby and has seen far better days. The rooms are drap and beds are soft and lumpy. The bathrooms have cracked and chipped tiles and mouldy grout and trimmings

i'm not sure I would have rated it 5 star but I appreciate the star system means different things to different people.

This was a fabulous place - very good deal for a 5 star hotel. It was a bit of a walk to shopping but the tram stopped right in front. I would highly recommend it!

All round it was great, the only disappointing thing was we could not book a meal on new years eve as they had been booked up for about a week, we were not informed
