Lovely queit and convienent ly located hotel, 5 minute tram ride to Parc - Tourist centres. Great local shops for food and clothes. Very professional staff, secure parking for cars, small wellness centre with massuer on call, firm beds and we had a garden view all round top value for money hotel, skip eating there though as it is expensive.

This hotel is a 4 star Hotel ... so you would be forgiven for thinking they would have room service...When i tried to get room service ... I was advised that everything was locked and they were unabl to find the keys ... I was offered a block of cheese .!!! I had to get a taxi into central Brussels ... get a meal ... and a return taxi back to the hotel.The following morning, I raised the issue regarding room service.I had the taxi fares and the meal reimbursed.This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel ... I think not !

This hotel was brilliant! Amazingly priced via top secret hotels, easy to get into the heart of Brussels but plenty of restuarants and shops to look round in the local area.

This hotel was first class, the value could not have been bettered. The whole party were delighted with the rooms and the service. The location was fine with good transport linkf to the centre.

Value for money hotel - large clean bedrooms with comfy bed. Hotel was a little too far out of the town to walk it so you have to get a cab...

Ideally located at the top end of Avenue Louise for shopping and local (irish) pubs and restaurants. A good stroll to the Grand Place and an easy taxi ride back.
