Driving Directions
The airport can be reached via the access road, which is signposted from the A96 Aberdeen-Inverness road. The airport is on the A947 at Dyce.
Car Parking

Avis, Europcar, Hertz and National/Alamo desks are located in the terminal building. Other car hire companies can be contacted via the airport information desk.
Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Rainbow Airport Taxis (tel: (0)1224 725 500 or 878 787 or 494 949; website: www.rainbow87.com) operates a taxi service from Aberdeen airport, with booking available online. The central reservation office is located opposite the main terminal building. A meet-and-greet service and executive cars are also available. Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There is a bureau de change selling holiday and travel insurance. ATMs are available before and after security. Wireless Internet is available in the Departures lounge. Eating and drinking: The airport has a pub, a bar and coffee shop and several restaurants. Shopping: There are bookshops and a gift shop at the airport. There is also a duty-free shop. Conference and Business Facilities
The Aberdeen Airport Thistle Hotel (tel: (0)1224 725 252) has conference facilities for up to 500 delegates and a boardroom for rent (tel: (0)1224 725 757). The Speedbird Inn (tel: (0)1224 772 884) can hold 20 delegates in its conference room. There is a Servisair Executive Lounge (tel: (0)1224 722 331) after security in the central Departures area, near Gate 1, with credit card telephone, fax and Internet facilities. Access is via a lift. There are also airline lounges situated in the Departures areas.
Disabled Facilities
The airport has unisex disabled toilets throughout the terminal, as well as ramps and lifts. Induction loops are fitted throughout the terminal building and there is a Minicom service (tel: (0)1224 725 082). Reserved seating is also provided. Disabled drivers can park in the short-term car park at long-term rates, if they display an orange/blue badge; those using this facility must inform NCP on the length of stay upon arrival to avoid incurring short-stay rates. Wheelchair push and provision, and help with baggage before check in, is available free of charge to disabled passengers. Passengers requiring assistance should contact the airline prior to travel.

Both terminals are housed in one building and are within walking distance of each other.
Driving Directions
The best route to the airport is the A4 Airport Motorway. The motorway exit marked ‘Flughafen’ (Airport) leads directly to the terminal. The B9 road is an alternative main route.
Car Parking

Public Transport
Rail: The City Airport Train (tel: (0)1 25250; website: www.cityairporttrain.at) runs to the City Air Terminal at Wien Mitte. The S-Bahn (overground train) connects the airport to Wien Mitte and Wien Nord railway stations (journey time: 25 minutes); it provides connections to the Vienna U-Bahn (underground rail) system. Road: Taxi: Taxis to the city leave from outside the Arrivals hall. A chauffeur and limousine service is offered by Radio Car Vienna (tel: (0)1 7007 33340). Bus: Buses go to Wien Mitte, Südbahnhof and Westbahnhof railway stations and to Wien Schwedenplatz and the Vienna International Centre. The Danube Aviator Club provides five executive lounges with workspaces, telephone, modem, fax and message services, and an adjacent meeting room. The Vienna Airport World Trade Center (tel: (0)1 7007 36000) provides office hire plus excellent facilities for meetings, functions and conferences for up to 300 delegates, with secretarial and interpretation services, bank branches and a chamber of commerce also available. Disabled Facilities
There are disabled toilets, lifts, telephones and Internet connections accessible to wheelchair users. Wheelchairs can be provided at the airport; assistance can be requested prior to arrival via the airport’s website.
