Itinerary

• Day 1: Sydney

  Arrive into Sydney Airport and pick up your Hertz Car for the beginning of your 7 Day Pacific Coast Explorer. Spend the rest of the day exploring some of the sights Sydney is famous for.

  Overnight accommodation at the 4 star Vibe Hotel, Sydney

• Day 2: Sydney – Port Stephens (207km)

  Depart Sydney across the famous Harbor Bridge and follow the Pacific Highway north to Port Stephens. Perhaps take a half-day cruise on arrival to see the resident dolphins. Once at your hotel, enjoy the absolute waterfront location of this intimate retreat.

• Day 3: Port Stephens – Port Macquarie (265km)

  This morning continue north along the coast to Port Macquarie. Take the time to relax on one of the many magnificent beaches, or relax at your waterfront hotel, located just a short walk from the centre of town.

• Day 4 Port Macquarie – Coffs Harbour (150km)

  Continue your journey to the quaint town of Coffs Harbour, where the mountains meet the sea.

• Day 5 Coffs Harbour – Byron Bay (330km)

  Today, leave early to arrive in Byron Bay in time for lunch. Peppers Casuarina Lodge is an intimate rainforest retreat set in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Rejuvenate and soak up the fantastic lifestyle of Byron Bay.

  Drive via one of Australia’s best surfing beaches to Brisbane. Spend the rest of the day at leisure in Brisbane.

• Day 7 Brisbane

  Enjoy your last day exploring the cosmopolitan city of Brisbane. Drop off your Hertz Hire Car at Brisbane Airport before your international flight back to the UK.
