Abalone Hotel

This larger style hotel is great for those who love Birdwatching, the scenery around the property is lush and green; lots of coconut trees and paddy fields. You will find it hard to beat the size of the pool at the Abalone, for a 2 star property this one is a great size and beats most. The welcoming atmosphere of this hotel is a great start to your holiday. This is a basic and clean hotel, an ok choice for those looking for value for money with friendly attentive staff.

The transfer time from Dabolim Airport is approx 75 minutes. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the beach which will take about 5minutes or a pleasant 20minute stroll. Baga with its many bars and restaurants can be found by taking a local taxi, just 5 minutes away. Anjuna with its market and beach is 10-15 minute taxi ride.

Arpora suits those who want to be near the action but not overcrowded by it. It would suit pretty much everyone, couples, families and single clients who want to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

This hotel is offered on Half board basis, choosing from the a la carte menu up to 200 Rupees per person per day. A short taxi ride to many restaurants and bars just 5 minutes away.

Kids facilities

This hotel has a good sized swimming pool but no specific kids area. The atmosphere around the pool is relaxed making this hotel an enjoyable base for kids and families alike.

A visa is required for India this must be applied for prior to your departure. The information given here is applicable to British Citizens holding a full 10-year passport. All other nationals or British Citizens not holding a British passport should check the passport and Visa requirements directly with the Indian Embassy in London.

Prices are per person based on 2 adults sharing a room.

Child prices are only applicable when sharing with 2 full fare paying adults.

Ticketing information: You will be contacted by the tour operator after making your booking

• For any bookings made within 14 days of departure, there will be a Ticket on Departure charge of £15 per person levied by the tour operator.
• British passport holders are required to purchase a visa before their intended date of travel. The cost of this is £30.00 per person at time of writing.
• For all bookings made via Credit Card there is a 2% charge for this service, which will be added on by your Tour Operator.
• Your confirmation email is notification that the tour operator has received your booking and is processing it.
