Seat numbers

• At present, we are unable to tell you your seat numbers when booking tickets. However, seats are allocated by the theatre as soon as you book your tickets and will be the best available at the time of booking. All seats booked in the same price group will, of course, be together in the theatre. However if booking in a different price band, we cannot guarantee being sat together. In the very unlikely event of this not being possible we will call you and give you the option of cancelling your booking

Ticket delivery

• Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's box office from 10.00 on the day of performance. Please collect tickets by 19.00 at the latest
  Please remember to bring along your confirmation email as proof of purchase

  Please note: This theatre is very strict on the exchange and cancellation of tickets. Please ensure that all of your details are correct before making the booking, as mistakes cannot and will not be rectified later

• The recommended age limit is over 8s only, babes in arms will not be admitted. All children must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat
