Please note: some seats do have a restricted view at Victoria Palace Theatre. Seats at the venue are separated into price bands which reflect the proximity to the performance area and a central location in the auditorium. A seat within the Top Price band even with a restricted view is regarded as better than any other seat in a lower price band.

  • At present, we are unable to tell you your seat numbers when booking tickets. However, seats are allocated by the theatre from best available within our allocation. All seats booked in the same price group will, of course, be together or at the very least be in front or behind each other in the theatre. In the very unlikely event of this not being possible we will call you and give you the option of cancelling your booking. However if booking in two or more price bands, you will not be sat together

  • Matinee on Sunday September 28: Please note: as it is filmed, all customers must be seated no later than 1.50pm, for a 2pm start time. The show is expected to end at approx. 5.15pm.
  • Recommended minimum age is eight

  • Billy Elliot - The Musical is based on the inspirational film of the same name. Like the film, it contains strong language and some scenes of confrontation between policemen and miners. Please be aware of this when booking a ticket
    As a rule of thumb, when booking tickets for parties including children, please consider the film version of Billy Elliot (rated 15) and whether this would be suitable for all members of your party
