Seat numbers

• At present, we are unable to tell you your seat numbers when booking tickets. However, seats are allocated by the theatre as soon as you book your tickets and will be the best available at the time of booking. All seats booked in the same price group will, of course, be together in the theatre. However if booking in a different price band, we cannot guarantee being sat together. In the very unlikely event of this not being possible we will call you and give you the option of cancelling your booking.

Ticket delivery

• Due to occasional coarse language, parental guidance is recommended for children 15 years and under
• No dress code
• Late-comers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
• The Palace Theatre:
  • Has a cool air system – however, there is no air-conditioning
  • Has a disabled toilet situated in the rear Stalls with ground level access
  • Has three spaces for ‘wheelchair parking’
  • Has an infra red hearing system with no deposit required
  • There is no limit to the amount of ‘guide dogs’ (within reason of course)
