| Essential info |
The Middlesex Charity Sevens will be played at Twickenham on Saturday August 14, 2010. It's a full day of fun and running rugby with Guinness Premiership sides joined by invitation teams in one of Europes biggest club rugby 7s events.
In 2009, London Irish made history by fielding three brothers in the same team; England stars Delon and Steffon Armitage, were joined by younger brother Guy. The inspired exiles went on to defeat the star studded invitation side, ULR Samurai 26 -19 in the final, winning their first ever Middlesex Charity 7s.
Throughout the events 83 year history, many notable players have taken part, including Waisale Serevi, Lawrence Dallaglio, Clive Woodward, Will Carling, JPR Williams, Vaaiga Tuigamala, Martin Offiah, David Strettle, Josh Lewsey and Danny Cipriani, among many others. Who will be the stars of this years event?
