Hot, cold and fish varieties of Mezze are available, alongside delicacies such as the exotic Kabinbudu Kofte (a spicy ground lamb dish). With appealing aromas and time-honoured ingredients, Kazan takes plenty of care and time over each meal to ensure that it meets the high quality of taste and freshness that Turkish cuisine is renowned for.
