Ticket delivery

• Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's ticket booths on the day of your visit
  Please remember to bring along a copy of the confirmation mail and the credit card that you made the booking with for identification
  If you fail to bring your printed copy of your confirmation email, you will not be admitted

• Doors open 10.00 daily
  Closing times vary throughout the season between 17.00 and 21.00. Please check before your visit
• Festive Breaks on December 27, 28, 29, 30 and January 1 & 2 with limited ride availability
• Height and size restrictions may apply on some rides
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or they can not be admitted
• Children under 4 go free
• No dress code
