Ticket delivery

• All tickets must be collected from the Travel Connection Office in Barcelona. Office opening hours are Monday to Friday 09.30 to 18.00 and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 16.00
  The office is located in central Barcelona at the following address: Carrer Pau Claris 147, 4th floor, 08009 Barcelona

  Customers must present a copy of their email confirmation + sufficient ID when collecting their tickets
  Customers can arrange for their tickets to be sent directly to their hotel. This service carries a charge of €10 and must be arranged directly with Travel Connection during their office hours. To arrange this customers must call + 34 93 2722666
