The gradual flight (ride) in one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes offering spectacular views of London and its famous landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. London Eye River Cruise Experience Combine your flight with a 40 minute sightseeing cruise down the River Thames taking in the sights of the riverside landmarks. Highlights include the Houses of Parliament, Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral. A fascinating commentary is provided by a trained guide. Audio commentary is also available on request in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. The film itself is a touching story of a little girl in London with her father. Her view of famous London landmarks is obscured by people and traffic, but a seagull draws her attention to The Eye and her father takes her for a flight; finally she has an amazing view of the city. Colourful parties inside the capsule, time lapse of The Eye day and night and a spectacular firework display all add up to an emotional and entertaining experience; the perfect prelude to a flight on The Eye itself. Please note: All standard flight guests wishing to see the new 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked flight time. • Please note: London Eye will remain closed from January 10 to 25 for its annual maintenance
• Children under five go free, however a valid ticket will be required
  Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 years
  Any children on a Champagne Flight will be served fruit juice instead of alcohol. No adults aged under 18 years are permitted on a Cupid's Capsule.

Package prices

• You must bring a copy of your confirmation email along with the credit card with which you booked on the day of your visit. Please go to the pre-booked/vouchers desk inside the The Merlin Entertainments London Eyes ticket office, where you swap your confirmation email for a river cruise and The Merlin Entertainments London Eye ticket. The voucher must be exchanged for a ticket before boarding the cruise
  If you fail to bring your confirmation email, you will not be admitted
