The promotion is run by Last Minute Network Limited, at 39 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0EU ("lastminute.com)" whereby any hotel booking made using the ‘Valentine’s Day Hotels’ accessible on Valetine's Breaks and Hotels (a "Hotel Booking") between 10:00am GMT on 1 February and 9:59am GMT on 15 February 2012, (inclusive) (the "Promotion Period") will receive be eligible for a 10% off code that can be redeemed online at Hotel Chocolat (the "Promotion").

2. The Promotion consists of one 10% off code per Hotel Booking, regardless of the number of guests, or number of nights, or number of rooms booked.

3. How to receive your Promotion code: After you have received your Hotel Booking confirmation email, go to the Hotel Chocolat 10% off where you will need to enter your email address. You will then be sent a unique 10% off Hotel Chocolat code.

4. Use and redemption of the Promotion code is subject to Hotel Chocolat’s terms and conditions which can be changed at any time.

5. Hotel Chocolat’s key Promotion code terms are:

- Promotion code valid for one-time use only.
- Promotion code is valid for 90 days from receipt of your hotel booking confirmation email, and will expire on the date shown in that email.
- Promotion code discount does not apply to purchase of Hotel Chocolat gift vouchers, clearance items, or special offers.

6. How to redeem your Promotion code: The unique Promotion code provided in your Hotel Booking confirmation email should be entered into the ‘Promotional/Offer Code’ section on the payment page of checkout. The 10% discount will then be applied to your order, subject to the above restrictions.
