1. The prize draw is open to UK residents only.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. To be eligible, entrants must apply for the lastminute.com Credit Card by submitting this application form to MBNA before 12 December 2004. Alternatively you can also take part in the prize draw by sending us your name, postal address, and email address to info@virginmoney.com or write to us at Lastminute Xmas prize draw, Freepost, ANG, 8155, NR4 62X.
4. There will be one winner selected from the Prize Draw. 5. The Prize Draw ends on 12 December 2004. The winner will be notified by email, phone or in writing to the address supplied, by 15 December 2004 or as soon after as possible. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity or public relations activities.
