1.1 You are eligible to enter this Draw if you are a legal resident of United Kingdom and if you are at least 18 years of age. Employees and members of their immediate families (to include, parent, sibling, spouse and child) of Truphone and/or lastminute.com limited group of companies connected or involved in the Draw are not eligible to enter the Draw. Any such entries will be invalid.
1.2 By entering the Draw, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted on the online entry form by you is true, current and complete. Lastminute.com reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time, and may carry out checks of any details provided.
1.3 The closing date for Draw entries is 5.00 pm GMT on 14 May 2010. Any entries received after this date will be discounted.
1.4 Entry into the Draw is by submitting the online entry form via the lastminute.com website only.
1.5 There is no purchase requirement to enter into the Draw and there is no charge to register your entry for the Draw on the website.
1.6 Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Bulk entries cannot be accepted. Only one entry per person per Draw is permissible.

2.3 Prize winners will be contacted as soon as practicable on the email address they provided when entering the Draw and in any event no later than 5.00 pm GMT on 31st May 2010. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these Rules or is otherwise unable to comply with these Rules this may result in forfeiture of the prize and lastminute.com reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.
2.4 No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Data Protection
3.1 Any information and data (“Personal Data”) which is provided by entrants when they enter will be used solely in accordance with the principles set out in current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
