a) The prize is for 2 people only and includes 2 return economy flights with American Airlines and 3 nights (bed & breakfast) at the Hilton New York Hotel.
b) The winner will be drawn by an independent judge on 14 April from all entries received, and will be notified by 15 April 2008.
c) If for any reason the winner cannot accept the prize (in accordance with the terms and conditions), a prize redraw will take place. Both passengers must travel together on the same flight and on the same date. Flights can be taken from Heathrow or Stansted.
d) Winners are responsible for covering the cost of all meals (breakfast is included in the accommodation), all transfer costs and personal expenses. Winners must purchase travel insurance to cover them for the duration of the prize trip.
e)The prize is subject to availability (and excludes public holidays) and must be taken by 31 August 2008. Availability cannot always be guaranteed on the dates requested and the promoter and the competition partners accept no responsibility for any inconvenience experienced by winner should available dates not suit.
f) The promoter, American Airlines and NYC & Company (c/o Hills Balfour Synergy, Colechurch House, 1 London Bridge Walk, London SE1 2SX), will accept no responsibility for any damages, losses, liabilities or injuries. The prize is organised via Hills Balfour Synergy.
g) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-upgradeable and non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative for the prize. Stopovers are not permitted and once the tickets are issued, no changes or amendments to passenger names, dates or routing can be permitted.

i) All entrants must be over the age of 18, or accompanied by an adult, and must hold a valid in-date passport and relevant visas for travel to the United States.
