1. The prize winner will receive two VIP tickets to Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour at the O2 Arena, London on Saturday 4 July 2009. The prize includes:-
Two and a half hour hospitality even before the show in 'The Candy Shop' at the concert venue.
Champagne reception on arrival.
Three course meal with fine wines and coffee.
Complimentary bar during the pre-show hospitality event (excludes Champagne).
Stylised 'Candy Shop' room dressing and floral arrangements.
One hour post show party in 'The Candy Shop' at the concert venue.
Complimentary bar during the post-show party (excludes Champagne).
Exclusive Sticky & Sweet VIP tour gift for each guest.
Commemorative VIP laminate for each guest.
2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. This prize draw closes at 0900 on Tuesday 30 June 2009. All entries must be received before that date.
4. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 30 June 2009 and the winner will be notified by email within two working days following the prize draw.
5. The prize is subject to availability. The promoter will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including, without limit, the terms and conditions of the O2 arena.

8. The prize winner must confirm their attendance to the promoters at least two days prior to the concert date to enable the promoters to make the prize booking. Although the promoters will seek to comply with the prize winner's reasonable requests, the date and times will be subject to availability.
9. Transport to and from the O2 arena, passport/visa requirements and extras are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable with no cash alternative.
11. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over (who hold a valid passport), except employees of the promoters and the lastminute.com ltd group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
