1. The prize is for a 2 night stay at the Sezz Hotel in Paris on the 7th and 8th of June 2008, based on two sharing on a room only basis and a 1 night stay at the Everland hotel, Paris on the 9th June 2008, based on two sharing on a room only basis.
2. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken on the dates specified above, starting on the 7th of June and returning on the 10th of June 2008. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel.
3. The prize includes return travel on Eurostar for 2 people from London St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord on 7th June 2008 leaving at 10.28am, arriving Paris Gare Du Nord at 13.53pm. Returning from Paris Gare Du Nord on 10th June 2008 at 15.13 arriving London St Pancras at 16.36pm.
4.The prize includes a VIP tour of the Monumenta contemporary art exhibition at the Grand Palais in Paris. Winner will be notifed of the details.
5.The winner will be drawn and contacted on 30th April 2008 and must be able to show a restaurant receipt for proof of purchase on their MasterCard during London Restaurant Week.
6.In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
7.Although the promoters will seek to comply with the prize winner’s reasonable requests, all travelling dates and times will be subject to availability.
8.Travel insurance, food and extras are not included and are the responsibility of prize winner and their guest.
9.The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative.
10.The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over who are paying by MasterCard in a participating restaurant during London Restaurant Week - except employees of the promoters, and the lastminute.com group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
