2. Flights are not included in the prize. 3. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. This free prize draw closes at 9am 1st March 2010 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
5. The prize draw will take place on 6th March 2010 and the winner will be notified via email by 11th March 2010.
6. The prize is subject to availability. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel, airline and/or tour operator.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
