The prize
Win the ultimate gourmet holiday for two staying seven nights in an ocean view room with breakfast included, at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel in Barbados. Located on the south coast of Barbados, just 10 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown and the lively nightlife of St. Lawrence Gap.
The holiday includes economy class return flights from London Gatwick, one gourmet dinner for two at the hotel’s Deck Restaurant. Transfers from and to the airport in Barbados are also included.

1) The prize is a gourmet trip to Barbados for one prize winner and partner including 7 nights accommodation in an ocean view room at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel in Barbados, one dinner for two at the hotel's Deck restaurant, economy class return flights from London Gatwick and transfers from and to the airport in Barbados.
2) Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: title, first name, surname, postcode, email address, telephone number.
3) Only one entry will be accepted per person.
4) The competition is open to UK residents only.
5) This competition is only open to adults aged 18 and above.
6) The closing date is the 31st October October 2009, with the winner being notified directly by 23rd November 2009.
7) Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable. There are no cash alternatives.
8) The holiday is valid until 31 August 2010 excluding blackout dates, which are 15th December 2009 – 15th April 2010 and 30th April – 16th May 2010.
