Details of prize
Air France will offer two Economy Class roundtrip tickets from UK aiports from which they fly to any airport on the Air France - KLM network* (*subject to availabilty and meeting of conditions listed below)
Terms and conditions
1. Travel must originate in the UK from London (Heathrow). Tickets must be issued by 15 September 2007 and travel must be completed by 31 January 2008. Ticket validity is not extendable.
2. Flight confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods may apply.
3. The prize and tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-routed or endorsed to any other carrier. Passengers must travel together on all sectors of the itinerary. Code share flights are excluded for use.
4. The winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and service charges using either cash or credit card.
5. Once issued, tickets cannot be re-issued and date or routing changes are not permitted.
6. Tickets have no commercial value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The 'Win flight tickets with Air France prize draw' is only available to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Last Minute Network Limited or their subsidiaries, families, agencies or anyone directly connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
8. To enter the prize draw, simply fill out the form at http://www.lastminute.com/site/competitions/airfrance-competition.html between Monday February 12 2007 and Sunday February 25 2007. Alternatively, you can enter the prize draw by emailing your name, email and postal address to flightspromos@lastminute.com quoting 'Win worldwide flight tickets' in the subject line. Entries must be received by midnight of Sunday February 25 2007. The prize winner will be drawn on Monday February 26 2007 and contacted as soon as possible thereafter.
9. No purchase is necessary. (Only one entry per person).
10. The prize does not include transport to or from the airport, accommodation in Tokyo or food or beverages which shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
11. Prize winner must pay their own departure taxes/surcharges.
12. The flight tickets may be booked for travel up until December 15th 2006, subject to availability of flights The promoter cannot guarantee tickets for any one particular date to the winner. Details of how to book will be sent to the prize draw winner.
13. The name of the winning person(s) can be obtained by emailing flightspromo@lastminute.com. No other information will be released.
14. If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
15. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this prize draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection.
