2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. This free prize draw closes at 9am on 14th May 2008 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
4. The winner will be notified via email by 21st May 2008.
5. The prize is subject to availability. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel, airline and/or tour operator.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
7. The winner will drawn at random and the promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.
8. The ticket is valid for 1 year.
9. Dates for travel are between 1st May 2008 and 30th November 2008.
10. All date requests are subject to availability.
11. The letter/ticket is not replaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be extended or renewed.
12. Transport to and from UK or IE airports is the responsibility of the prize-winner and their travelling companion. All flights are from London Gatwick for UK entrants and from Dublin Airport for IE users.
