Please go to the pre-booked/vouchers desk inside the London Eyes ticket office, where you swap your confirmation email for a river cruise and London Eye ticket. The voucher must be exchanged for a ticket before boarding the cruise If you fail to bring your confirmation email, you will not be admitted
