At 135 metres, the London Eye is the world's tallest cantilevered wheel, with 40 kilometre panoramic views on a clear day. The gradual flight (ride) in one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes offering spectacular views of London and its famous landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

You must bring a copy of your confirmation email along with the credit card with which you booked on the day of your visit. Please go to the pre-booked/vouchers desk inside the London Eyes ticket office, where you swap your confirmation email for a river cruise and London Eye ticket. The voucher must be exchanged for a ticket before boarding the cruise
If you fail to bring your confirmation email, you will not be admitted

- River cruise at 16.45 with flight at 18.00
- The cruise takes 40mins, the flight on the Eye takes 30mins
You should allow two to two and a half hours from start to finish

- Your hotel voucher will be at the bottom of your confirmation email. You must present this at the hotel reception desk at check-in, which is usually from 15.00 on the day of your reservation.

- General admission Cruise and Eye tickets normally £29 per adult, £14.50 per child
- This cruise departs from the pier beneath the observation wheel
- Please note: Guests are advised not to bring any left luggage other than prams and buggies. In addition, prams, buggies and laptops cannot be taken on board the London Eye
- London eye - Under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult
- No dress code
