Provisional match dates

Weekend games with provisional dates on a Saturday can be moved forward by one day to a Friday evening with kick-off times at 20.30 or 20.45 , or moved back by one day to a Sunday with kick-off times at 17.00 or 17.30 . Alternatively, games may be played on the provisional date (Saturday) with a kick-off time at 15:30.

Midweek games with provisional dates can be moved forward by one day to a Tuesday or alternatively played on the provisional date (Wednesday). Possible kick-off times on each day is 20:30.

Important exception to the above rules

The last two remaining weeks of the season whereby all games are played simultaneously at 15:30 (local time) on a Saturday afternoon.

• Category 1: Home Supporters
  Seats are located with the home supporters of Bayern Munich in any of the areas of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd tiers on the long side sections of the stadium.
• Category 2: Home Supporters
  Seats are located with the home supporters of Bayern Munich in any of the areas of the 2nd & 3rd Tiers behind the goals.
• Category 3: Home Supporters
  Seats are located with the home supporters of Bayern Munich in any of the areas of the 1st tier 'standing sections' behind the goals.

• Please note, our supplier provides a minimum guarantee that seats will be located in pairs i.e. 2 people will be seated next to each other

Ticket delivery

• Particulars for your match reservation will be sent within three working days of placing an order. Full instructions on how to access this information will be sent via e-mail by our supplier. This e-mail will contain your log-in information in order to access your account via our supplier's website. All relevant details will be available by logging to your online account.

  Package price includes local hotel delivery.

  Our supplier will contact you via e-mail to request the details of your hotel address. Tickets can only be delivered to an address in the city that the game is taking place in. Your match tickets will be delivered to the reception of your hotel. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery as proof of delivery and will be signed for by the hotel receptionist or concierge. Tickets will be kept in safe keeping behind the reception desk until they are handed over to you. This is standard practice.

  To reassure our customers, our supplier offers a personal dedicated 24 hour out of hours emergency telephone number in the event you need to contact them for any unlikely reasons whilst at your trip destination.
