• Location: Knightsbridge, London
• This experience is available to book Monday to Sunday. All bookings are subject to availability.
• You may allow a whole day for this experience
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher from the supplier by post. The supplier's contact details will be included in your order confirmation email.
• Vouchers are valid for nine months from the date of issue. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date
• Kindly note that the treatment times are approximate and may be subject to alteration without prior notice
• Sauna and steam rooms are separate for male and female and are located in the luxury changing rooms
• Please note that due to essential remedial maintenance work, the pool and Jacuzzi will be closed from the week commencing 27th July 2009 until 9th August 2009

Essential information:

• Robes and slippers will be provided for your use on the day
• You will need to bring swimwear and exercise wear
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack.
• This experience is not weather dependant
• Unfortunately, there is no disabled access to the club
• A two course lunch in the adjoining hotel is included.
• To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack
• It is recommended that you book a date at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and it is advised that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability

Restrictions:

• Age: Minimum age 13 years old. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult. Kindly note that the age restriction refers to this treatment package. The club and leisure facilities are open to other members, which may include younger children and babies
• Please advise the supplier if you have any medical conditions so that they are able to check if this will affect your day. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire on arrival
• Some treatments and types of oils used are not suitable for use on pregnant ladies. Please check with the supplier
