Whether you fancy a day at a Marriott hotel spa with a 30 minute treatment each, a massage and facial at a Bannatynes' Health and Fitness Club, or a Sheer Bliss package at Dove spas, the choice is yours.

What happens on the day?
You may choose from a range of pamper packages for two available at a wide range of locations. The itineraries vary depending on location;
Bannatyne's Health and Fitness Clubs - Upon arrival you will be given a tour of the facilities which you may use throughout the day; these vary with location but typically include pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna. Each participant will receive either a relaxing facial or aromatherapy massage. One participant may also choose either a nail file and polish or express eyebrow shape.
Marriott Health Clubs - Upon arrival you will be given a tour of the facilities which you may use throughout the day. Each participant will receive either a back, neck and shoulder massage, an express manicure or a facial (participants may not both have the same treatment).
Dove Spas - Each participant will receive a relaxing facial, a back, neck and shoulder massage and nail polish.

Bannatyne's Health and Fitness Clubs - This package is offered at over 50 locations across the UK.
Marriott Health Clubs - This package is offered at over 15 Marriott Hotels across the UK.
Dove Spas - This package is available at over 20 locations across the UK.
Monday to Sunday, except Dove Spas, which are Monday to Friday
You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher from the supplier by post. The supplier's contact details will be included in your order confirmation email.

Bannatyne's Health and Fitness Clubs - This experience is available Monday to Sunday, with limited Saturday availability throughout the year. The minimum age of participants is 18 years. All dates are subject to availability.
Dove Spas - You are then free to contact the salon or spa of your choice to arrange your day. Please note that this experience is only available Monday to Friday .You must abide by the policies of the salon or spa. This experience is suitable for persons over 18 years of age.

We recommend that you book a date at least 4 weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the treatment may be subject to a charge. Extensions of voucher expiry date are available but are subject to a fee.
