• This experience is a single voucher for one person
• Location: The Rubens Hotel, London
• Afternoon Tea is available to book Monday to Sunday between 15.00 and 17.00
• Please allow approximately one to two hours for the whole experience
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for nine months from the date of issue from the supplier by post. The supplier’s contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
• To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher
• It is recommended that you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability

• Please bring your voucher on the day of your experience
• All guests must hold a voucher and the voucher is valid for two people only
• The weather will not affect this experience
• There are steps up to the hotel which may make it difficult for wheelchair users to enter
• Lunch is provided
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack

• Under 18’s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
