• Location: Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel & Spa (Chester & Shrewsbury 30 minutes away)
• This experience is available from Monday to Thursday (09.00 until 18.00)
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for six months from the supplier by post
• The supplier’s contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
• To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher
• It is recommended that you book a date at least four weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability

• Please bring gym wear, swim wear and your voucher on the day of your experience
• Robe, towel and slippers are provided

• No spectators are allowed. Any guests would need to also book a beauty treatment
• The experience is not weather dependent
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the treatment are subject to a charge of 50% of the voucher cost. Extensions of voucher expiry date are available but are subject to a 50% of the voucher value charge
