Experience details

• This is a single voucher valid for one person
• Locations: There are currently over 50 salons nationwide. New locations are recruited on a regular basis. Exact locations are subject to frequent change without notice. Although there are large quantity of salon members throughout the UK we are unable to guarantee availability for each region.
• Most salons are open on weekdays and weekends throughout the year, however the days that you use your voucher may vary between salons and is at the discretion of that salon. Some salons may only offer weekday appointments. All salons work by appointment only
• You should expect to spend up to 45 minutes at the venue; your treatment will last a maximum of 20 minutes
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for nine months from the supplier by post. The supplier's contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
• Kindly note that you should book and take your experience before the expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiry

Essential information

• Unfortunately spectators are not permitted
• This experience is not weather dependant
• Only one voucher may be used per person within a 12 month period
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack
• It is recommended that you call to book at least six weeks in advance to ensure dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment as vouchers may not be extended. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Treatment choices will be allocated on availability. Any additional services taken up will be charged at the salon's normal rate. The salon has the right to choose the level of therapist who will carry out the service as well as the day of the week that you can take up the offer. All Beauty Group salons trade under their own names and are independent companies. The Beauty Group and its promotional partners are not responsible for any beauty services provided in its member's salons. The treatment may not be exchanged or transferred once booked. Once allocated to a salon, your treatment must be taken up within 3 months.
• Some salons may require a fully-refundable booking deposit
