What happens on the day?

Your experience will include:

• On arrival at the venue you will be met by your wine specialist for the evening
• You will taste eight different style wines with four samples of foods such as lemon, blue cheese, chocolate and smoked salmon
• There will be a short talk about how to match food and wine, how the choose wine from a restaurant wine list, and choosing the wine the best wine for a dinner party
• At the end there will be an open discussion with more wine, cheese and biscuits

• This experience is a single voucher for one person
• Location: London
• The experience takes place on selected weekday dates
• Course begins at 19.00 and finishes at 21.00
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for nine months from the supplier by post. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
• The supplier's contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
• To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher
• It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and it is advised that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability.

Essential information

• Please ensure you take your voucher along with you on the day of your experience
• You will be provided with tasting glasses, water, biscuits and notes
• Only valid voucher holders will be permitted
• This experience is not weather dependant
• Disabled access is available
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack
