• If you are planning to take advantage of the classes (Pilates, spinning, aerobics etc), gym and pools etc. then the experience may take up to six hours
• Additional treatments are available; ask when making your reservation
• You will receive a gift voucher from the supplier by post. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date. Vouchers are valid for six months.

• You need to bring your voucher, gym clothing and swimwear

• No food is included within the cost of the voucher but is available for purchase
