Your one-night spa retreat package includes:

• One-night stay for two people - £199 for two
• This package is based on two people sharing a twin or double standard room
• Back, neck and shoulder massage (30 minutes - including 10 minute consultation)
• Your treatment will be scheduled on the day of arrival or day of departure
• Access to aqua classes (subject to availability)

• This spa break includes one-night accommodation for two people at Greenwoods Hotel Spa and Retreat
• Location: Stock, Essex (2 miles from the A12, 14 miles from the M25 J28, 35-minutes by train from London Liverpool Street)
• This package is available from Sunday to Friday. All bookings are subject to availability
• Bedroom check-in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival. However, guests can arrive from 09.00, store their luggage at the reception and use the Spa facilities
• Bedroom checkout time is 11.00 on day of departure

Essential information

• You need to bring suitable exercise/gym wear and swim wear

Restrictions

• Minimum age is 16 years
• Back, neck and shoulder massage prohibited for ladies who are less than 12 weeks pregnant
• Use of the sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzi is strictly prohibited during pregnancy
• Guests must disclose any medical conditions or allergies to Greenwoods before arrival at the hotel as some conditions may result in the treatments needing to be changed
