Further pictures are available for purchase. The regular prices are £50 for a 7x5 picture and £70 for an A4-sized picture. However the following discounts are available to lastminute.com customers:

• The best and easiest way to get more images for your money is to pre-pay anything from £50 to £250. New ID will double it up for you so you have twice as much to spend on images

It can take up to six weeks for your pictures to be produced. When they are ready, you can either collect them from the venue or if you chose to pay an additional £5, they can be sent to you by recorded delivery.

• The makeover photoshoot is available seven days a week
• Please allow four hours for the whole experience
• Once booked you will receive an information pack with all the necessary information and a voucher valid for 12 months
• Booking a date couldn't be easier. After receiving your pack, simply telephone the number detailed in your information pack and they will do the rest
• It is advised that you book a date at least two weeks in advance during busy periods. However, last minute places are sometimes available
• Please note that this experience can be booked for 1, 2 or 3 people

Essential information

• You need to bring four to six changes of outfits including accessories and shoes
• Complimentary bucks fizz, tea, coffee and soft drinks will be provided
• Sorry, spectators are not allowed

Restrictions

• There is no minimum age limit. However, under 18's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Terms & Conditions

The Family Photoshoot entitles up to four people to a professional photoshoot.

All other packages are valid for one person. A maximum of three people can have their session together, but must buy one package per person attending. As this is an individual experience the photograph you receive will be of you on your own.

A fully refundable booking deposit of £25 is required to secure each appointment on Monday to Friday, and £50 on Weekends and bank holidays. Appointments are available 7 days a week. All dates and times are subject to availability. 72 hours notice required for booking alterations. Every alteration is subject to a £5 administration fee. Every visit will last for a maximum of half a day. Experiences do not include hair colour, with the exception of the Icon Makeover Experience which includes a professional hair cut and colour (semi-permanent or 12 foils). Packages are suitable for everyone however under 18’s must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times. Please bring the relevant invitation with you to your appointment otherwise we cannot provide you with your session.

• Delivery by First Class post takes 3 - 5 working days
• Please allow seven days for delivery during peak postal times
• Vouchers should be delivered within the above time frame. If you do not receive your voucher please contact New Id within 28 days
• Next day delivery must be ordered before 10.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day
• A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will be taken to your local post depot
• No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends
• Please ensure you enter the address where you wish the voucher to be delivered, when booking
