• This is a single gift experience voucher for two people
• Location: Boarding is at Embankment Pier, London
• The cruise runs on most Sunday's throughout the year but may exclude special event days such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc. Please check at the time of booking
• Boarding is at 12.00 for a prompt 12.30 departure and return back to Embankment Pier at 15.00
• The cruise will take place on either the Symphony, a Parisian style all glass cruiser, or the Naticia, a traditional cruiser with luxurious royal blue interior and dark wood
• You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher for two valid for nine months from the date of issue. You must book and take your experience by the voucher expiry date
• To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher
• It is recommended that you book a date at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and it is advised that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability

Essential information

• You need to take your voucher with you on the day of your experience
• Vegetarian menu options are available. Please note that if you have any other dietary requirements these must be requested at the time of booking a date for the experience
• Drinks are not included in the price but can be purchased separately onboard
• The dress code is smart casual. Jeans and trainers are not permitted. Kindly note that admission may be refused if you do not adhere to the dress code and you would not be entitled to a refund
• All guests must hold a valid voucher for the cruise
• Limited disabled access is available, kindly note that toilet facilities have limited access via stairs, please advise the supplier upon booking if you require this facility
• In the unlikely event that the cruise is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack

Restrictions

• Minimum age is five years
• A child menu is available for passenger's 11 years and under. Please ask lastminute.com experiences for further details
• Smoking is not permitted during the cruise, with the exception of the outside deck
• Prams, bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted onboard and high chairs are not available
