"Worth it"
Stayed for 6 nights,
For , It was absolutely great, clean & luxurious, loved the location ( part of a shopping mall), 2 minutes walk from Hancock tower & the famous N.Michigan Ave with a great shopping area
& restaurants. Deca rest inside the hotel is a must to visit ( best quality Steaks & sea food), very friendly staff.....
Against, still charging for using Internet (though the Internet was very very slow!!), no breakfast included in the price, the lobby & check in at the 12th floor (always you need two lifts to reach your room), decor & furniture showing needs to be updating ( the building is old)
"Quiet and comfortable"
I try to stay at the Ritz whenever I'm in Chicago for business. It's quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The rooms are always large with good bath products and nice bed linens. The staff is always very welcoming and polite. The fitness center is good as is the pool and hot pool. The hotel is centrally located but with all the rooms high above street level. A great hotel.
"Top notch...first class experience all around"
What can you say! This one lives up to the Ritz Carlton billing without question. The location was perfect and the service was second to none. You always know what you get with a Ritz Carlton and this one was no exception. If it was even better than normal!!
"Amazing Experience!"
I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton while in Chicago on business and it was fantastic! The staff was great, incredibly helpful and accomodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the L'Occitane bath products that were offered- what a treat! The location cannot be beat, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Chicago.
"Great location, facility; service not up to par"
Stayed here with family in July 2012 due to proximity to American Girl and Lego store. Great location to all the best shops and restaurants along Michigan Ave. Paid $700 for 2 room suite which was very nice but we had to call the front desk repeatedly for valet service and to provide the "extras" included with the American Girl package. Guess I expected perfection for the price.
