"Pretty good hotel"

I REALLY like this Hotel. If you're after a beach holiday, then this isn't for you, but if you're on business or want the shopping, then this is for you. I love the entrance to this hotel. as soon as you walk in you feel like you're in luxury. we stayed in a serviced apartment which was good, and just what we needed for our stay, as we weren't spending too much time in our room. The pool is my favorite part of this hotel...it's big, it's lovely, and the bar food is VERY reasonable for Dubai. Plus, you can get a drink! something that's not common in Dubai Marina. the Pool staff are very friendly, and so good with anyone's children. the service can be a little slow at times though. You also couldn't be closer to the Mall, which is brilliant, and the enormous Waitrose was extremely handy! we had breakfast once in their buffet - and that to be honest was VERY expensive and quite poor. we were told when we arrived that there was only 10 minutes left for breakfast, which we thought was fine, but they had already started clearing it all away, and weren't making anything fresh for us. there was no juice or milk left, and they were still pretty happy to charge us full price for it! I personally like the location as you're walking distance to JBR, the beach and restaurants/(hotel) bars. But if you want proper luxury, then choose somewhere in the Madinat....

"Convenient hotel near khalifa tower and Dubai mall"

Conveniently located near Khalifa tower and Dubai mall. Nice 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good. But the it is over priced. The metro is near the hotel where other malls and interesting areas in Dubai could be accessed.

First off I would like to thank the gentlemen who met me at the airport. I thought that I arranged car service from the airport to the hotel, turns out I didn't. They were more than happy to help, and not even 5 minutes later I was escorted curbside, and so thankful for the A/C Audi that took me to the hotel! Upon arrival, my reservation check in time was for later that day in the afternoon, and the Spa Suite that I reserved was occupied. I was so tired from traveling, and they knew that, so they kindly set me up with a temporary suite where I could sleep and get cleaned up. Later that day, I received a phone call while I was outside eating lunch, they kindly checked me out of the temporary suite, grabbed my belongings (which I packed up prior to leaving my room for that specific purpose) and set them into my Spa Suite which was upgraded so generously to face the Burj and the beautiful fountain instead of the city view. The suite was very roomy, and too big as I was by myself. The terrace was absolutely gorgeous, complete with seating for about 50 people, a covered cabana, and a covered spa/hot tub. I couldn't have been more impressed as the last days of my vacation came to an end. I would not stay anywhere else in Dubai! Side note: With reserving a suite you receive access to the Suite lounge, which has an array of snacks and food choices, and also have a great happy hour with multiple employees of the hotel making sure you are as comfortable as possible. I cant wait to come back in a few weeks!

The Address Dubai Mall a nice, clean hotel with good service quality. The staff are caring and very helpful. I had booked a Club Room, but I was upgraded to a spacious suite, nice bathroom... This hotel is much better than many 5-stars in Duabi, I do not say there is no hotel better than this one. My experience regarding noise was different from some other travelers who were bothered by the construction noise. may be I had a room at different side of the hotel. Not every thing was perfect at this hotel. Although I had asked for arranged transfer from the airport, when I arrived they were not prepared and took about 10 minutes to arrange it. Anyway, this hotel will be on my top list and probably go back there.

This was my fourth trip to Dubai and, of the previous three hotels, my fourth, The Address Hotel will be the most memorable. It was not do so much for the room but rather the quality of the staff. The room was rather smallish and overlooked the pool area. The furnishings particularly the chair were way too large for this too layout. The staff from the Front Door staff, Bellmen and the front desk staff were very attentive, efficient and professional. There were two brothers at the front door when I arrived 08-04-12 that could not have been better. Front desk were very good also. Overall this was an excellent hotel experience except for the small room with large furniture. The bar staff were consistently attentive and they did a good job The bar menu was more then adequate for a quick meal The location of this hotel The Dubai Mall, gives The Address some great options within walking distance of your room. Overall The Address Dubai Mall is a must stay in Dubai if your budget allows. I'll be back.
