Stayed here for a single night while visiting London. The hotel was very close to the East india tube stop on the DHL line, and was okay for site seeing in london. (bout 20mins to central london on the tube). We initally got to the hotel at 11.30am but the front desk allowed us to check in early . Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly and answered any additional questions. The reception area was well decorated and presented really well. Outside there was a good view for the o2 arena. The room itself was very clean and tidy. There was a flat screen TV with lots of channels available, including sky sports 1,2 ad 3. additional films and internet was available at an extra charge. The bed was very comfortable and bigger than a double. The bathroom was well presented with plenty of space and a seperate bath and shower. The room had an iron, hair dryer, kettle and trouser press available within the room and also complimentary shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, tea, cofee, cotton buds, and sewing kit. Also there was a complimentary news paper and shoe shine available. The hotel had a gym, spa, jacuzzi and sauna available free of charge to guest although i did not have time to use the facilittes. There was also a nice bar downstairs, which was handy, but it was a bit expensive. didn't try the food in the hotel although it was available. Close

A bit difficult to find, but you can see it from the main road if you know to look out for it. Staff so helpful, food great. We had a deal that included full breakfast, afternoon tea and 2 meals for the price of one at dinner. Everything absolutely perfect. The view over the O2 arena and Thames was beautiful. The rooms are super modern with flat screen tv and spotlessly clean. Couldn't find fault with anything. Would definately go back. Close

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel rooms were very nice and spacious and clean with planty of space to move around, the bed was very comfy and the view was nice too...we went over to the O2 to have dinner and that was a bit of a mission not as close as I thought !! they had a wedding in the hotel that night so the recption area was quite noisy so when we got back we hanged out in the bar which was very relaxing drink prices are reasonable I guess its "city prices", the spa is ok we used the sauna but the steam room was out of service which was quite dissapointing as I wanted to use it... when I was booking the radisson it mentioned a swimming pool which was available for guest to use oppersite what they forgot to mention was that you had to pay £5 each and it belonged to the apartments across..I didnt feel comfortable using them so didnt bother, the booking also said that they had a complimentary shuttle which goes to docklands? when I asked they said they dont have this nor do they provide any transport what so ever? we prepaid for our breakfast which was amazing and lots to eat...when we was checking out we had a few extra bits added on when asked they said its was the room beaverages which we just moved to put some drinks in the fridge? they have a sensor on the fridge? they also put charges which clearly say optional? staff were not as friendly as I expected but overall the hotel is a very nice place to stay..but I think staff could have been a bit more help full and friendly they look so misrable behind the desk Close

We had a fab time here, beautiful hotel, exceptionally high standard but we booked on the back of its proximity to the O2 arena. Yes as the crow flies it is probably the closest hotel but there's just one small problem - the Thames - so unless your going to swim across beware its about £12 in a taxi to the O2. But from a value for money point of view it was superb. Close

Hotel's air conditioner was partially broken. Half of my colleagues's room including mine were freezing cold and room temperature has never reached at 20 C or 69 F. I had ordered hotel to fix air condition but they could not even though Hotel insisted that is fixed. Hotel provides shuttle bus to Docklands but they suddenly cut evening one without notice. Also shuttle bus was not "bus" that you would imagine and it is minicab based on mini van that only provides six passenger seats for one ride. There are some passenger could not ride the shuttle that they want. My company contracted corporate rate with the hotel based on the condition of frequent shuttle bus service and Hotel agreed to provide complementary shuttle bus for us in the evening. However, the shuttle bus in the evening never pick us up on the right time and seats. Concierge of the hotel forgot booking of the shuttle, or ordered smaller size of shuttle that our group cannot ride at once, or ordered wrong direction. Half of the hotel room faces condominium and Thames view is limited. This hotel located outskirt of Docklands. Unlike other luxury hotel in Docklands area shopping or dining out of the hotel is inconvinient. Close
